- We provide full medical care to reduce or eliminate ER visits and repeat hospitalizations.
OUR SERVICES
We are able to bring many of the services offered in hospitals and nursing homes right to your front door, including specialty services such as:
Observation and Assessment Wound Care
A structured approach to wound assessment is required to maintain a good standard of care. Wound Diagnostic And Treatments involve a thorough patient assessment, which our skilled and competent practitioners carry out. Wound assessment is essential in informing the selection of appropriate therapeutic strategies to achieve clinical goals, e.g. wound healing and improved patient wellbeing.
Medication Management
Medication management is an essential part of the overall treatment plan for elderly individuals who take multiple medications to treat various diseases or disorders. The management of meds uses nurses, doctors, home care aides, other caregivers, and health professionals to ensure that the patient is reaping the most significant benefit and best possible outcomes from their medications.
Chronic Disease Management
Chronic Disease Management is an integrated care approach to managing an illness that includes screenings, check-ups, monitoring and coordinating treatment, and patient education. It can improve your quality of life while reducing your health care costs if you have a chronic disease by preventing or minimizing the effects of a disease.
Post-op Care
Postop Surgical Home Care is always personalized according to each patient’s needs. Postop Surgical Nurses from Premium Care Services can be available for your preference of time, from just a few hours a day to 24 hours a day, to weeks or months. We will help with draining fluids, changing dressings, giving the patient the proper medications, observing and making notes of the patient’s progress, and communicating important recovery information with the surgeon or physician.
Pain Management
We now have many modalities, including medication, interventional pain management techniques (nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulators, and similar treatments), along with physical therapy and alternative medicine to help reduce the pain.
Depending on the severity of the pain, one type of treatment may be more effective than another. A combination of treatments may also be beneficial.
IV Therapy
IV or intravenous therapy refers to a therapy that delivers fluid into veins in the body. IV therapy is the fastest way to deliver medications, blood products and more into the bloodstream to help with various health conditions, dehydration and blood transfusions. IV therapists insert the IV, ensuring the patient receives the correct dosage of medication or fluid. During the IV process, the therapist monitors the patient for any reactions and ensures the IV stays in place.
Intrathecal Pump Management
An intrathecal pain pump system can help a patient manage chronic pain that is not well controlled by oral pain medications. It uses small amounts of concentrated pain medications delivered directly to the spinal fluid. This blocks pain perception to the brain and thus helps relieve chronic pain.
PleurX
The PleurX drainage system lets you take control of uncomfortable and painful symptoms from pleural effusions or malignant ascites.

I would like to give you a special “Thank you” for the care you’ve given. You were special to a part of our lives for the year we knew you all. you were very caring. Nurses like you are never forgotten. I just can’t thank you enough.
Our family is more than grateful & satisfied with our caregiver & this agency. They are very experienced and the level of care has been great.
Professional, dependable, qualified and compassionate .Being that I’m a caregiver I know how important it is to have the right health care agency to be there for you. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic when we were petrified of having my elderly mother hospitalized, and my mother needing intravenous medications, our fears were allayed by our wonderful nurse, who lobbied on our behalf with the physicians to have the medications administered safely in our home. I am so grateful!
Thanks again for helping us provide such good care for our dad. You have helped us navigate a stressful situation by giving us the peace of mind that dad is being taken care of by great people. We appreciate it very much. I look forward to continuing using your services soon. Thanks again.
Thanks for your service. I don’t know what I would have done without you guys.
